I’m so proud to be in my seventh year of serving God as pastor of Luray United Methodist Church! Our church has a deep desire to grow with God and a spirit of mission that is contagious. I enjoy preaching and teaching and my aim is to share something that is meaningful and that helps the Scripture come alive. No matter where you are in your faith, the great value of Christian community is that we can grow together. I love meeting with people and hearing how God is moving in their lives. I also want folks to know that I am here for you, to help you as you navigate the blessings and the challenges of life. The best of all is God is with us!

I am blessed to be the husband to Candice, and father to Berkley, Jeremiah, Elijah, and Charlotte. I enjoy exercise, sandwiches, coffee, music, and cheering for Duke sports! I also serve as a reserve chaplain in the United States Air Force, and count it a great honor to serve God and country in that role. I would be delighted to get to know you better!

Luray, Virginia is an extremely popular location for Weddings.
Luray United Methodist Church is beautiful and has a magnificent sanctuary that can accommodate 150 guests. Our Fellowship Hall can accommodate approximately 112 guests (12 round tables and 2 banquet tables), depending on how you would like the set up of tables.
