We are part of the worldwide Methodist movement that was begun by John and Charles Wesley in the late 1700s. Our church was founded around 1852. Our sanctuary building dates from 1923 and the new annex dates from 2007. While our physical structure may look cold and austere, we are a lively and loving bunch! We believe that Jesus’ commands are prescriptive in the way we should live out our faith: that we love God and that we love our neighbors.  We have a variety of small groups to foster community and belonging. We find that small groups are a vital addition to our formal gatherings on Sundays. We share our facilities with various community groups that need places to meet. We have a wonderful Preschool for 3 and 4-year-old children, more about that is found on our Preschool page.
